The Fun Stuff
Consists of wood veneer inner plies with MDF or MPX.
Lightweight. Strong. Used for wood veneer.
Composite
No core telegraphing. Ideal for overlaying of veneers, high pressure laminates and miscellaneous glueable papers and foils.
Best screw hold power.
Used for cabinet boxes.
Plywood
Ultra Lite weight panels, Engineered with strength to weight rations in mind. Machine composed with 2 step calibrated plantation hardwoods.
Medium Density Fiberboard.
Most stable. Uniform density. Superior machinability.
Used for laminate.
MDF
MEDIUM DENSITY FIBERBOARD, (MDF) is flat and smooth with good thickness tolerances. It machines well, but wears machine tooling and is quite heavy. Screw holding strength is less than veneer core.
Least expensive. Low durability.
Not used by Prodage.
Particle
PARTICLEBOARD is the low cost core of choice. It is about the same weight as MDF, but does not machine as well and has poor screw holding capacity. Particleboard is flat and smooth, and has good thickness tolerances.

Frameless - Full Overlay
Frameless cabinetry has a sleeker look to it with seamless lines, and cabinet doors attached directly to the side of the box. It is most commonly known as full access, European style, or modern cabinetry.
A face frame in cabinet making is the frame fixed to the front of a cabinet carcass which obscures the edges of the carcass and provides the fixing point for doors and other external hardware.
Inset cabinets are made with framed boxes, the doors are installed flush with the frame.
Rehau PVC EB Match
Rehau provides hundreds of color options for painted and stained finishes. Any of these colors can be matched and is the best option for choosing finish color. PVC Edge band provides a longer and stronger durability compared to wood edge banding.
Painted Finish
Painted finishes are color matched to a Conversion Varnish that consists of 2 parts that creates the hardest, most durable finish available on the market.
Stained Finish
Natural wood can get a unique look with the right stain. We use a spray and wiping technique.
Laminate
Beautiful shades and designs are printed and laid onto a core with ideal matching edge banding. Cores available for this option are typically MDF or Particle. Durable and constant.
